Current Projects:

(1) Systematic Review of the Psychometric Properties of Neglect Assessments. Contact Lindy Williams. This project, which is part of Lindy’s dissertation, is in the phase of being peer-reviewed for a scientific journal. The overall goal of this systematic review is to determine what are the reported psychometric properties for spatial neglect assessment tools used in clinical practice?

(2) Consensus Delphi Project. Contact Lindy Williams or Tim Rich. This project is currently is being written into two papers. The aim of this study is to develop a consensus on the name, definition and approach to the assessment of neglect.

(3) Italian Neglect Clinical Guideline Project. Contact Mauro Mancuso. This project has completed the systematic review and data is being synthesized. The goal is to develop a clinical practice guideline for clinicians practicing in Italy.

(4) Scoping Review of Input and Output Subtypes of Neglect. Contact Jasmine Aziz. This project is part of Jasmine’s dissertation and is at the stage of finalizing the manuscript. The objective of this review is to increase our understanding of different presentations of neglect by creating an integrative summary of the measurement approaches and neural correlates of input (perceptual) and output (premotor) neglect subtypes.
